Saipu Institute of Industrial Research (Anyang) Co., Ltd was founded by government of Anyang City, China National Software and Integrated Circuit Promotion Center, and HeFei University of Technology in January 26, 2014 with registered capital of RMB 100 million, in order to promote the Industrial Transformation of Anyang City as well as to promote Su's Integrated Investment Casting Technology (hereinafter referred to as SIIC Technology). The shareholders of Saipu are Anyang Economic Development Group Co., Ltd, wholly owned by the government of Anyang City, Beijing SaiPuXin Technology Co. Ltd, wholly owned by China National Software and Integrated Circuit Promotion Center., and Hefei University of Technology Asset Management Co., Ltd, wholly owned by HeFei University of Technology.
Saipu Institute of Industrial Research (Anyang) Co., Ltd is located in the Strong Foundation Precision Manufacturing Industrial Park of the demonstration district of Integration of Urban and Rural of Anyang City, Henan Province; and it employs SIIC Technology as the basis and incorporates with the precision manufacturing Industrial Park to form a supporting platform for new product research and development (R&D). It mainly takes the responsibilities for product design, software development, professional training, research, testing, and new production line development, to work as a public service platform. Subsequently, it will gradually improve to become a national industrial research and design institute, which will include the Industrial Design Incubator Park, Industrial Design, Testing and Verification Base (Pilot Factory), Industrial Design and Innovation Exhibition Center and Trading Center.
